Wow, I got your blog from Jude. What an accomplishment and a incouragement for others. I like the fact you used a healthy weight management plan. What excercize did you maintain? I need to loose about 50+ and get really discourage easily. This gives me hope. Thank you for sharing
Hi, You ask about exercise. I walk everyday. Duration varies, but I like to get in at least 30 to 60 minutes a day. Even multiple short walks count. I also look after my 5 acre ranch. Mowing, trim trees, mulching, snow plowing and gardening. I have a golf cart for helping with the chores, but the past couple years I seldom use it and walk instead! I park as far away from the entrance to any stores or restaurants that I go to (just ask my daughter :-)!). Bottom line is the more you move your body the better off you will be. This holds for health and weight loss reasons. Good luck!
